Jessica Simpson partners with skin care expert Nerida Joy for the on-line beauty endeavor, which is now live.

Social commerce company, BeachMint, launched BeautyMint.com with singer, designer, actress Jessica Simpson, and Beverly Hills skincare specialist, Nerida Joy. BeautyMint is a personalized monthly skincare system featuring exclusive products developed by Joy, which combine anti-aging technology and science with natural ingredients.

MySpace Co-Founder, Josh Berman, and serial tech entrepreneur, Diego Berdakin, are behind the parent company, BeachMint, which they describe as an “institutionally backed social commerce company for celebrity–created and designed direct-to-consumer products.” BeautyMint is the latest addition to the roster of BeachMint brands, which include Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s StyleMint and Kate Bosworth and Cher Coulter’s, JewelMint.

BeautyMint members will take a skin questionnaire to identify their skin type and specific concerns so the system can be personalized to target each member’s needs. Celebrity skincare expert and BeautyMint partner, according to Joy.
